They make this at the Food Market on second floor at La Schiacciata, I borrowed the recipe….sort of..

First the bread, crazy good, called Scrocchiarella. Then comes Fennel Salumi, Prosciutto Cotto, Gorgonzola Cheese, Arugula, Artichoke heart, olive oil, balsamic reduction, a pinch of salt.

BAKED in the oven. Served with a salad. You can thank me later. Grazie mille.
