Mild brine, nutty astringency, plump firm meat

 

Malpeque $2.25/ea Made P.E.I famous for oysters.

Some say “worlds tastiest”! Clean look and flavor,

moderate brine with meaty bite and quick finish

 

Kumamoto $3.50/ea Puget Sound WA, deep cupped

with petite meat. Mild brininess, sweet flavor and

a honeydew finish. Chris’ Fav when I can get ’em
